  • Approve and update statutes and regulations.
  • Evaluate and manage institutional and market risks.
  •  Evaluate presidents, directors and ensure that there is no conflict of interest.
Talent Development and Training Committee

Ensure the continuous flow of qualified talent, mitigate personnel turnover and raise the professional level of the sector, strengthening the value chain through specialized human capital. Salary and Salary Information, HR Services.

Goals:

  • Diagnose skills gaps and critical profiles in the regional logistics industry.
  • Design training programs, certifications and practical workshops.
  • FForge agreements with universities, technical institutes and e-learning platforms.
  • CCoordinate internships, career fairs and mentoring programs between members.
Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovation

Impulsar la competitividad y eficiencia operativa de las empresas miembro mediante la innovación, reduciendo costos y tiempos de ciclo, y preparando al clúster para los retos de la logística 4.0.

Goals:

  • Identificar oportunidades para incorporar tecnologías emergentes.
  • Diseñar programas de capacitación, certificaciones y workshops prácticos.
  • Crear un “hub” de intercambio de buenas prácticas y casos de éxito tecnológico entre socios y startups.
Sustainability and Social Responsibility Committee

Reduce environmental impact, comply with current standards and regulations, and improve the reputation of the cluster as a socially responsible actor, generating shared value for society.

Goals:

  • Measure and manage the carbon footprint and energy consumption of logistics operations.
  • Implement green logistics and circular economy practices.
  • Develop social impact projects in the community.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations.
Mobility and Infrastructure Committee

Nuevo León faces growing challenges in terms of road saturation, logistical bottlenecks and limitations in key infrastructure. Given this, the Mobility and Infrastructure Committee is constituted as a technical and propositional body.

Goals:

  • Promote strategic solutions that improve the state’s logistical connectivity.
  • Promote key works, operational efficiencies and sustainable mobility models.
  • It will be the space where actors from the public, private and academic sectors collaborate on road infrastructure projects, logistics nodes, optimization of flows and accessibility for the transportation of cargo and personnel.
Supply Chain
Committee

Promote the facilitation of foreign trade in Nuevo León through public-private and academic collaboration, strengthening customs efficiency, international competitiveness and the integration of the region into global value chains, with safe, transparent and innovative practices.

Goals:

  • Promote the use of technologies that improve security, reduce corruption and guarantee transparency in import and export processes.
  • Design proposals for regulatory improvement, homologation with practices of the United States and Canada (T-MEC) and adoption of international standards that strengthen Nuevo León’s position as a logistics hub in North America.
